• Device identifier — a random ID generated on your device to associate your wallet balance, purchase history, and won items with your device. This is not linked to your name or email address.
• Purchase history — records of box purchases and item wins associated with your device ID, stored on our servers to maintain your wallet balance and prize history.
• Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number or payment credentials. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
• Usage data — standard server logs including IP address, request timestamps, and basic analytics to operate and improve the service.

How We Use Your Information

• To maintain your wallet balance and purchase records
• To fulfil prize shipments when you claim a physical item
• To process refunds and sell-back credits
• To detect fraud and abuse
• To operate, maintain, and improve the Luxen service

Shipping Information

When you claim a physical prize, we collect your shipping name and address solely for the purpose of fulfilling that delivery. Shipping information is not stored beyond what is necessary to complete the delivery.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Stripe — for payment processing
• Shipping carriers — for prize fulfilment (name and address only, when you claim a prize)
• Service providers — infrastructure providers that host and operate the Luxen service, under confidentiality obligations

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Luxen or its users.

Data Retention

We retain purchase records and wallet balances for as long as your account is active or as required for legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Children's Privacy

Luxen is not directed at children under 17. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 17. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
